Chemical Turf Program

Live Oak Landscape Services knows that turf grass is the most noticeable feature of your landscape right behind seasonal color. If a property exhibits turf that is full of weeds and lacks rich color, then it sets precedence for the entire property, building and tenants included. That is why Live Oak has the resources and is committed to providing a complete spectrum of weed control and turf fertilization services that can be tailored to the needs of our clients.

As a minimum, our basic landscape maintenance includes 3 rounds of pre-emergent weed control and fertilization per year. The proper balance of nutrients will be delivered to the respective turf grass to include:

  • Bermuda
  • Centipede
  • Zoysia
  • Fescue

A broad spectrum weed pre-emergent is applied at optimal times to prevent crabgrass, dandelion, and other common, troublesome weeds form germination.

For those clients who desire and expect their property to stand out from the masses, we have a premium program that provides up to 8 rounds of service, to include:

  • Fungus Control
  • Aeration (Warm season in May and Cool season in September)
  • Overseeding (where applicable)
  • Additional Fertilization
  • Pesticide applications to control grubs, ant mounds and other pests
  • Lime applications

Problem weeds are specifically targeted and eliminated so in the end, you have a turf grass worthy of that seen on upscale golf courses and professional ball fields.
